4°C/-20°CThe Thrombomodulin (TM) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Canine) is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of TM in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.||Sensitivity:|9.375pg/ml||Detection Range:|15.625-1000pg/ml||Specificity:|This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of canine TM. No significant crossreactivity or interference between TM and analogues was observed.||Precision:|Intra-Assay: CV<8%|Inter-Assay: CV<10%||Test Principle:|This ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-TM antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-TM antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and wash with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color|product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the TM amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of TM can be calculated.||Kit Components:|Micro ELISA Plate(Dismountable), 8×12|Lyophilized Standard, 2x vial|Sample / Standard dilution buffer, 1x20ml|Biotin-detection antibody (Concentrated), 1x120ul|Antibody dilution buffer, 1x10ml|HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate(SABC), 1x120ul|SABC dilution buffer, 1x10ml|TMB substrate, 1x10ml|Stop solution, 1x10ml|Wash buffer (25X), 1x30ml|Plate Sealer, 1x5pieces||Storage and Stability:|Store unopened kit at 4ºC; store at -20ºC once opened.
