Description
MRS 1754 is a selective antagonist radioligand for the A2B adenosine receptor. It has a very low affinity for A1 and A3 receptors of both humans and rats.
In vitro
The Ki value for displacement of [3H]MRS 1754 binding to human A2B receptors expressed in HEK-293 cell membranes is 1.45±0.21 nM. The most effective displacer of [3H]MRS 1754 binding is MRS 1754. .
