4°C Do Not FreezeThe major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes some of which are important in the immune response to infections. In sheep, this complex is referred to as the ovine leukocyte antigen (OLA) region. There are 2 major types of MHC class IIa molecules encoded by the OLA which are DR and DQ each composed of an alpha and beta chain.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma: |NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
