Specifications
Product Data
Recommended Dilution
Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Reactivity
Human
Antibody Host
Goat
Clonality
Polyclonal
Immunogen
Human IgM mu heavy chain.
Specificity
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgM and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
