Synthetic peptide, CCR3, 14 aa, near the amino terminus of human CCR3 (Genbank accession No. NP_847899).||Applications: |Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|1-2ug/ml; blocks C2099-67G activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
