Stabilization buffers - Conjugates
Why do you need stabilization solutions?
Immunoassay stabilizers are needed to preserve the native conformation of proteins and to protect them from loss of functionality. Immunoassay stabilizers allow the long-term storage of antibodies, conjugates (eg, labeled with HRP or labeled AP) and antigens in solutions as well as on surfaces such as microtiter plates or others. We offer stabilizers to protect proteins, antibodies and conjugates in solution as well as stabilizers for antibodies applied to surfaces.
To always obtain reliable and reproducible results in immunoassays, it is essential to maintain standards for calibration curves, coated plates and antibodies during storage. Stabilizers can be used to preserve the activity of all biological components of an immunoassay. They are commonly used for the production of commercial ELISA kits with a shelf life of 2 years or more.
We provide antibody diluent for long-term storage of HRP conjugated to increase their stability and maintain their activity.
These diluents are long-term antibody or avidin (streptavidin) stabilizers coupled with HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase).
We also offer antibody diluents for long-term storage that minimize non-specific binding, cross-reactivity and matrix effects in immunoassays.
