RT-qPCR mix for probes without ROX

Mix for quantitative RT-PCR for probes without ROX are made for use with qPCR devices that do not require this internal reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization and correction of optical well-to-well variations.

The mix for probes consists of a Reverse transcriptase, a Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2. It is possible to add ROX dye to these mixes for use with qPCR devices requiring the presence of ROX.
