mRNA Magnetic Isolation Kit is a kit for rapid isolation of mRNA from animal/plant tissue or cultured cells, using specially designed monodisperse superparamagnetic beads with surface covalently coupled oligomerized dT sequences. High purity mRNA separation is achieved based on base pairing between the oligo-DT sequence and the polyA tail of the mRNA. The overall operation of the kit is simple and fast. The extracted mRNA can be synthesized into cDNA using the bound dT sequence as the first chain reaction primer, or the mRNA can be eluted from the magnetic bead for various downstream molecular experiments, such as RT-PCR, RPA (Ribonucnase protection test), library construction, Northern Blot analysis, second-generation sequencing, etc.
