The quality and purity of total RNA were tested by spectrophotomer. (A260/280 = 1.8-2.1 detected in 10mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5).|2. The RNA is treated by DNAse I. It is tested as DNA free RNA by PCR.|3. cDNA synthesis is successfully performed by using this RNA as template.||Storage and Stability:|Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
