Saccharomyces Glyoxalase I

Glyoxalase isolated and purified from yeast. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000-1:10,000|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
