Applications:|Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|ELISA: 5ug/ml (as a coating antibody)|Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.||Avidity for rat IgG2b: 4.7 x 10e9 M-1.||Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cell line.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
