4°C Do not freezeCD4, a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein, is found on a T cell subset (helper/inducer) representing 45% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. It is also present on 80% of thymocytes and at a lower level on monocytes. It is involved in recognition of antigen presented along with MHC class II by APCs. ||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma:|Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3-NS1/1-Ag-4-1 myeloma cell line.||Recommended Negative Control:|I1904-84B2: IgG2a Negative Control, Murine (PE)||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
