CA 15-3 (Breast Tumor, 15-3, MUC1, MUC-1)

CA 15-3 is breast tumor marker. Diagnostic tests measuring the MUC1- glycoprotein are FDA/EU approved including CA 15-3, CA 27-29 and Br assays. Reoccurrence detection of breast cancer by MUC-1 assay can preceed confirmation by radiological detection methods by 1-9 months.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoassays. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
