-20°CMAb 371-4 recognizes Golgi complex in human cells. It is a part of a new panel of reagents, which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. MAb 371-4 recognizes an antigen associated with the Golgi complex in human cells only. It can be used to stain the Golgi complex in cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a Golgi marker in subcellular fractions. It produces a diffuse staining pattern of the Golgi zone in normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain Golgi complex of cells in frozen tissue sections. It can also be used with paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations. MAb 371-4 is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research. It reacts specifically with human cells.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1ug/ml; |Immunocytochemistry (Acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min|Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Positive Control: |Tonsil or lymph node||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
