Chemokines are members of a superfamily of inducible, secreted, pro-inflammatory cytokines that attract their targets by interacting with G protein-coupled receptors expressed on the migrating cell. ||Applications: |Suitable for use in Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Western Blot: 1:500-1000|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
